One sheet.

Formed from one continuous sheet of Grade 1 titanium, with a 32 mm downward lip running along one long edge. No welded strip. No attached edge.
The other three edges stay flat. Rounded corners and smooth, fully deburred edges complete the form.

The sheet turns downward at 90°, forming a vertical face beside the counter edge. The usable preparation surface remains above it.
The lip is part of the sheet itself. It adds no separate component and leaves the top uninterrupted.
The 32 mm counter lip is additional to the usable top dimensions.

Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium, formed from a 1.2 mm sheet.
A fine satin / brushed finish gives the Grade 1 titanium surface a consistent grain.

03 / Where it begins
From mill to form.
Every Gather & Better Titanium Cutting Board begins with a single sheet of commercially pure Grade 1 titanium.
Grade 1 is chosen for its purity and formability — qualities that make it well suited to the board’s continuous construction.
Rather than attaching a separate counter edge, one long side of the same 1.2 mm titanium sheet is formed downward to create the 32 mm lip. The working surface and the lip remain one continuous piece of material.
No welded strip. No attached edge.
After forming, the surface is refined to a fine satin finish. The corners are rounded, every exposed edge is carefully smoothed and deburred, and the Gather & Better mark is laser engraved near one corner.
